Payments are processed by our payment provider, Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar collects and processes your billing and payment-card details under its own privacy policy. We receive billing-related information such as your email, subscription status, and country, but we do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

We store a one-way hash of your API key (never the key itself) and basic usage metadata — such as request timestamps, endpoints called, and request counts — to operate the API, enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We use UserJot to collect user feedback and suggestions. A feedback widget is loaded from cdn.userjot.com when you visit the site.

• Feedback submissions are voluntary. No personal data is collected unless you choose to provide it in your submission.
• The widget does not use persistent cookies or cross-site tracking.
• UserJot may collect basic technical information (browser type, page URL) when feedback is submitted.

UserJot has its own privacy policy, which governs how they handle submitted data.

We use Sentry (sentry.io) for error monitoring and crash reporting. Sentry helps us detect and diagnose technical issues to keep the site reliable.

• Error events and stack traces are captured automatically when unexpected errors occur.
• Performance traces may be collected to identify slow page loads or server responses.
• No session recordings or video replays are collected.

Sentry does not receive your name, email, or other personal identifiers. Events may include technical metadata such as browser type and page URL. Sentry has its own privacy policy at sentry.io/privacy.

Plausible is cookieless and we do not set persistent identifiers in your browser.

We do not use persistent advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Our website links to third-party cloud providers. Those sites have their own privacy policies and practices.

For general browsing of the comparison site we do not collect direct personal identifiers, so there is no personally identifiable browsing data to store. Account and billing information from API customers is stored securely and limited to what we need to provide the API.
