GPUs.io is a cloud GPU price comparison platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
You do not need an account to browse the GPUs.io comparison site, and we do not ask for personal identifiers such as your name to do so. If you subscribe to the paid GPUs.io API, we collect limited account and billing information, described under "API Customers and Billing" below.
We collect limited device/browser details and anonymous usage metrics for analytics.
Analytics Data We use Plausible to understand site usage and improve the product.
Analytics data may include:
This data is used only to improve the site and is not sold to third parties.
If you subscribe to the paid GPUs.io API, we collect the email address you provide so we can deliver your API key, send you service and account notices, and let you manage your keys. This is necessary to provide the API to you.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar collects and processes your billing and payment-card details under its own privacy policy. We receive billing-related information such as your email, subscription status, and country, but we do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
We store a one-way hash of your API key (never the key itself) and basic usage metadata β such as request timestamps, endpoints called, and request counts β to operate the API, enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, and provide support.
We keep this information for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards as needed to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact us using the details below.
We use UserJot to collect user feedback and suggestions. A feedback widget is loaded from cdn.userjot.com when you visit the site.
UserJot has its own privacy policy, which governs how they handle submitted data.
We use Sentry (sentry.io) for error monitoring and crash reporting. Sentry helps us detect and diagnose technical issues to keep the site reliable.
Sentry does not receive your name, email, or other personal identifiers. Events may include technical metadata such as browser type and page URL. Sentry has its own privacy policy at sentry.io/privacy.
Plausible is cookieless and we do not set persistent identifiers in your browser.
We do not use persistent advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Our website links to third-party cloud providers. Those sites have their own privacy policies and practices.
For general browsing of the comparison site we do not collect direct personal identifiers, so there is no personally identifiable browsing data to store. Account and billing information from API customers is stored securely and limited to what we need to provide the API.
The website is served over HTTPS for secure transport.
